3. This website and email
This website does not include analytics, tracking scripts, cookies or browser storage. Its fonts are served from this website. It has no account registration or contact form.
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Delivering and securing web requests involves technical information such as an IP address and request details. [HOSTING LOGS AND RETENTION]
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach. We use that information to handle your request. Our contact email is hosted on iCloud Mail. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
4. Services and sharing
The following must identify any app service providers, what they receive and why, and link to their privacy policies. State explicitly if a category, such as analytics or crash reporting, is not used.
[THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, e.g. analytics/crash reporting]
[OTHER DATA SHARING OR SALE]
Apple and Google handle information through their own stores under their own privacy policies. The completed app disclosures must explain any store or purchase information received by Tedium Labs.
5. Storage and overseas processing

6. Keeping information secure
[DATA SECURITY MEASURES]
No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. If a data breach occurs, we will assess it and meet any applicable notification obligations.
7. Data retention
[RETENTION PERIODS FOR APP DATA, SUPPORT EMAIL AND BACKUPS]
The completed schedule must explain how long each type of information is kept, when it is deleted or de-identified, and any legal retention requirements. Where APP 11 applies, information no longer needed must be handled in accordance with that principle.
8. Access, correction and deletion

[IN-APP DELETION STEPS AND ACCOUNT DELETION URL]
[DELETION RESPONSE TIME AND EXCEPTIONS]
These details must explain what deleting an app or an account removes, what happens to backups, and anything that must be kept by law. Information held only on your device may need to be removed on that device. If we cannot fulfil a request, we will explain why and any available complaint options.
9. Children’s privacy
[CHILDREN AGE RANGE, DATA PRACTICES AND PARENTAL CONSENT]
A parent or guardian with a question about a child’s information can contact hello@tediumlabs.dev to request review, correction or deletion. The completed app-specific details must explain age suitability and any consent arrangements without assuming that both apps serve the same age group.

Contact us first at hello@tediumlabs.dev and describe your concern and the outcome you seek. [PRIVACY COMPLAINT RESPONSE TIME]
If your concern remains unresolved, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC). Whether it can handle a complaint depends on its jurisdiction.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the apps or our practices change. We will publish the updated policy here, change the date above, and give any additional notice or seek consent where required.
